So often these days we are presented with significant opportunities that require urgent action, skill, creativity and professional endeavour � yesterday.

Recently ... I was in exactly this position, with the exciting opportunity to profile Manukau Premier Events in a video to be featured on the Auckland International Airport arrival lounge video wall, for the months November 2002 through February 2003.

The timeline was much too short, but the opportunity one not to be missed! You skillfully honed my thinking and focused on �reasons, objectives and outcomes�, which you then translated into the brief. You delivered the video on time, with a WOW factor that exceeded my expectations! The subsequent acknowledgement and acclaim are a testament to you and your teams� skill and expertise.
