In the last year we've visited more than 30 Westpac locations from Invercargill to Whangarei and met,- and recorded- dozens of passionate and inspirational Westpac people sharing their stories with others around the network.
Delivered bi-monthly, the aim of SmileTV is for the retail team to feel more connected to the company after watching it. This means presenting stories that:
- Improve understanding of the different parts of the company.
- Improve understanding of where everyone fits into the organisation.
- Introduce key new people and initiatives
- Present the exciting, interesting and worthy things Westpac people are involved in.
Our job is to help Westpac's Internal Communications team efficiently produce a creative and engaging programme on a regular basis. It's something we have extensive experience with having produced internal video magazines for businesses such as Telecom, Repco, Woolworths, Whitcoulls, Beaurepaires, Mighty River Power and New Zealand Trade & Enterprise.
