Highbrook 2007

Goodman's biggest New Zealand development, the 150 hectare Highbrook Business Park in East Tamaki is developing so fast that, less than 12 months after Screentime produced the first promotional video, Goodman have commissioned an update.

With double the properties completed since December 2006, and major landscaping and road completion- including the opening of the new Highbrook interchange on Auckland's Southern Motorway, it required a complete reshoot to capture the current pace of development. It also features beautiful parkland and recreation areas, and some of the sexiest office and warehouse designs we've seen in one location!
