Coca-Cola Amatil had a Health & Safety initiative to reduce injuries from the manual handling of product- specifically amongst team members loading product into retail outlets.

We were tasked with helping deliver the best ways to get and stay well on the job to all staff involved in manual handling and that meant getting out into supermarkets with staff, a leading H&S coach, and All Black coach, and even a NZ Warrior!

The result was an induction and H&S training message that was visually interesting, memorable, and presented in an environment that the audience could relate to.

Yes, we got some autographs :-)
