YMDS?

YMDS?

We've just finished a fun project (aren't they all?) for Media Design School. They required a video to include on their 2009 prospectus DVD which delivered an overview of the school’s facilities, conveyed its culture and learning environment, and communicated 3 key messages:
-The school’s affordable, high-quality tuition, delivered in a relaxed and comfortable lifestyle.
-Shortened training period, equating to a smaller financial investment before being able to enter the workforce
-The industry relevance of the school’s curriculum.

After watching the video they want the prospective international students to feel that the Media Design School offers a contemporary learning experience in a uniquely attractive location, where students learn almost as much outside the classroom as in it.

To do this we needed to create a video which presented all this information in an engaging, memorable manner. One which reinforced the school's vision to produce graduates pursuing excellence in the design and creative sectors. Although the primary and initial audience is potential international students and their families, this DVD will also be distributed to agents to demonstrate MDS’s points of difference and value-added education.

Our approach was to let the students, faculty and industry partners tell the story and use their own words to describe what they liked about the school.

Here's what they thought of the result...

* Fall 2008 US DV Awards- Sales & Promotion
* 2009 Silver Telly Award- Recruitment
* 2009 MCA-I Media Festival Silver Reel- External Communications
