Screentime has once again struck Silver at the Media Communications Association- International Media Festival in the US.

Held annually for the last 40 years the MCA-I Media Festival celebrates excellence in media communications. Since 1978, Golden Reel honors have been highly coveted and recognized internationally for their prestige. The name stands for creativity and advancement in technical applications. All entries are reviewed by a Blue Ribbon Panel which confers outstanding projects with Golden, Silver or Bronze Reels in a range of categories.

This year Screentime was a finalist in both the Training/Educational, and Writing categories for the Project Dart Health & Safety Induction DVD we produced for ONTRACK (the full story on this project is further down this page). The DVD has already been recognised with a Finalist place in the 200 IBA Stevies, recently held in Dublin.

Producer and Director Steve King was at the MCA-I's ProTrack conference and Festival Awards celebration in Anaheim at the end of October in his capacity as MCA-I International Board Member at Large so was on hand to collect a SIlver Reel in the Training/Educational category and receive Finalist recognition for writing the script.

Yay us.
